Though the movie promised out to be a different and thrilling movie at the beginning but it went on to become a routine revenge drama at the end...A below average movie which hardly has chances to work at the box office...!!!
Highlights:-
Suriya is brilliant in both characters.
Concept is creative.Venkat Prabhu needs to be applauded for that.
Nayanatara has absolutely nothing to do in the film.
Music by Yuvan is horrible.
Production values are cheap.
Confusing screenplay.
Graphics are too bad.
Editing can be far better.
In first half many scenes doesn't have any interconnection.They just come here and there.
My verdict :- "Rakshasudu" movie tried to introduce something new to us but ended up with routine revenge drama...Below Average movie...!!!

"Rakshasudu" is a dubbed version of tamil flick "Massu Engira Masilamani"...Suriya is back with a horror genre after a disastrous performance of 'Sikander' at the box office...Venkat Prabhu is directing this flick...It generated good buzz all over south India and is releasing big...Let's see whether it gives Suriya the much needed break???
