Mini Review :-
Vijay Devarakonda's decision to do a film in tamil misfired with "NOTA"...He never looked apt in the role of a CM...He gave his natural best and kept it simple...Anand Shankar wanted to touch upon all the recent political happenings in Tamil Nadu but couldn't showcase it convincingly...Director tried to touch upon too many things...The script work and screenplay is very weak...Second half is terrible with boring elements and no elevating sequences...First half is also boring...Music by Sam is mediocre...Mehreen is wasted in this movie, she hardly has scenes...Nasser and Satya Raj are good in their roles...Lot of tamil nativity...This movie is definitely a forgettable movie for Vijay...Bad choice and badly made...!!!
