Mini Review :- 
Murugadoss's movie standards are coming down with each passing movie...It is clearly evident with "Sarkar"...It is a mediocre movie with routine template story and silly execution...Logics go for a toss in this movie...Vijay did a decent job and is the only saving grace...Keerthi Suresh is just limited to songs...Vara Lakshmi is good in her role...AR Rahman's music is awful...Action sequences are well shot...Second half is boring and scenes went overboard...Editing could have been better...Felt lengthy at many occasions in second half...On the whole, Murugadoss's attempt to showcase a social issue mixed with commercial elements misfired...Below Average movie...!!!
